The Chicken Teapot combines slip casting with 3D printed ceramics, two processes that don't often meet, to create a piece that couldn't exist with either method alone. The playful form of a chicken (and its function as a teapot) gave me a reason to test how far I could push the contrast between the handmade softness of slip casting and the precision of 3D printed detail. The result is a piece that feels both familiar and strange, grounded in a traditional craft technique but pushed forward by digital fabrication.
