Title of ProjectWOODWORKING (MEDIUM)
This set of speakers imagines sound as conversation made visible. The two forms face one another, each shaped like a simplified profile, so the pair reads as two figures mid-dialogue rather than a matched set of objects. Working between hand sketches and digital modeling, I translated these abstracted, cartoonish faces into functional enclosures, letting the speaker cones themselves become the mouths from which the sound actually travels. The result is a pair of objects that feel less like audio equipment and more like two characters caught in conversation, the music passing between them like speech.
