Working at a larger scale meant rethinking joinery, tolerances, and structural strength, since small errors compound quickly across bigger panels and the piece needs to carry real weight and hold up to daily use. Getting the details right at this size was its own challenge, but it made the outcome that much more rewarding: I was able to carry my design language and attention to craft into a functional, everyday piece, proving those ideas could scale up without losing what makes them personal.
